The local sheriff is assembling a team to investigate the Drowned Village. To the left is the always cheerful Sheriff and to the right is the confident Ranger.

These are two characters from a low fantasy, wild west setting I came up with, with some gothic influences. The Sheriff enforce the law in in a little town, located in a desolate marsh. Rumors are cooking up about a haunting in a nearby abandoned village, and the sheriff ends up assembling a team to investigate, The Ranger is his first recruit.
